Refunds and Returns
If there is a problem with your delivered piece/s, please contact us.
Returns are accepted, except for customized designs, within 7 days of receipt. Please, contact us first if you need to return an item. Any item returned must be sent with tracking information.
Please return items in the same condition as you received them. Once the item has been received in original condition a refund will be issued, minus shipping charges. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please leave us a message on our Contact us Page.

Please note: WE CANNOT ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP FOR YOU. The TO and FRO courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to return the product. In case of refunds we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any. Kindly allow 10 days from the delivery date for the returns to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
